From start to finish Biggerstaff really paid attention to detail. It was great to have Mark round to sort our quote out rather than just an email without looking at the work. On the start date we had very heavy rain but the fitters made sure we were water tight for the night. Work was completed in the 3 days allowed and all was left super clean and tidy.

We chose Biggerstaff because their estimate was competitive and they were the most helpful in coming up with design suggestions. Replies to emails were speedy and everybody was very polite and pleasant. The fitters did an excellent job and spent time making sure the finish was good. We are very pleased with the finished job which is a great improvement on the previous conservatory.

Excellent service, fitting and really careful finishing. All from the removal and cleaning of the original leaded glass to its reinstallation sandwiched within a new double glazed unit. - We first used Biggerstaff over 20 years ago and had no hesitating approaching them again to quote for 7 first floor replacement aluminium windows. The quote was very competitive and clearly detailed. Installation was carried out on time and to a very high standard. The installers were very friendly, punctual and tidy and it was encouraging to see the one of same staff members who was here 20 years ago!. Overall an excellent experience. Mr Shaw - We had new windows installed to the front of our property in 2011 but one of the units started to show signs of condensation, a fact which i reported to the company. After an inspection by one of your employees a new unit was ordered and installed in 2 weeks with no questions concerning liability, etc. being raised. The lady who i spoke to on both my calls to your office could not have been more helpful and courteous and the two men who came to our home were both quick and efficient.
I shall not hesitate to recommend your company should the opportunity arise in the future but felt that the exceptional service we received should be recorded.

Mrs N. Barrett, London Colney - Elliott and Dan are a credit to your company. They forged ahead to complete the work in their allocated time, even though this was impacted by pouring rain. There was no corner cutting, nothing over looked and they went out of their way to ensure my electrician was clear about the work needed on the roof vents. I cannot fault their attitude, competency or commitment to me as their customer.
